How I Got Here

For years, I was stuck in a cycle of inconsistency, using distractions like partying and late nights to avoid my insecurities.

Everything changed when I was forced to face reality and take control of my life. I built structure, discipline, and a new identity — which led me to create a life of purpose.

Today, I help others break out of that same cycle using The High Performance Blueprint — focused on mindset, habits, training, and nutrition for lasting transformation.

We all have a void that we are trying to fill everyday whether or not we realize it – this influences most of the actions we make. For me, I tried to fill it with partying, festivals, and late nights so I could pretend to feel confident in my own skin. As I got older, I became more aware of this as it became evident I was suppressing my insecurities by consuming myself in those activities. I went down to Miami by myself in May of 2025 after recently turning 30 years old. I impulsively made the trip just to feel alive again as I was feeling lost & confused at the time. I was partying harder than I was in my early 20s, barely had any money in the bank, and still didn’t know what I wanted to do in my life. Instead of dealing with those feelings & taking action to address them, I went to Miami on a whim and spent nearly all of the money I had.

I felt so ashamed of myself on the drive home, I was forced to face reality and take action. The following week | started 75 hard, a month later I became a certified personal trainer and got my first personal training job at a gym. Throughout those 75 days I was able to instill structure into my life that I still carry with me to this day. It made me realize how important mindset & habits are in crafting a new identity, which is the basis of my coaching philosophy.

I am now living in Colombia and working as a full time online coach in which I teach others how to get out of this cycle of despair and overcome self limiting beliefs. This is accomplished by establishing a new identity and creating a life of purpose. Everything we do in the program is based on 4 Foundational Pillars (The High Performance Blueprint) – Mindset, Habits, Training & Nutrition.
